I am not affiliated with any of the venues advertised on my website or social media. I am a secondary ticket agent who source tickets for all events and concerts in and around the UK and Ireland

How do I pay ?

You can either pay direct into TicketTina Bank Account ( BACS ) , details on the invoice, or Paypal , which you have several methods of payment available. You do NOT need a PayPal Account to use this. Just bypass the login. If paying with credit card, there is a 3.4% + 20p fee.

I do not take payments over the telephone

How do I receive my tickets ?

You will receive your tickets either by email on an E Ticket ( to be printed out by yourself ) or by Recorded Delivery . I will inform you which type of ticket you will receive. Tickets are emailed or sent out approximately 1-2 weeks before the show.

I have made a mistake on my order

If you have made a mistake and want to correct the details, please contact me and I will endeavour to help make the changes

You provide contact details to us when you register for our newsletter, request information on events or purchase tickets.

You will be asked to provide your name, email address and shipping address

Uses of Information supplied to us

We may use your personal information for the purposes of:

1. Dealing with your orders;

2. Contacting you if we have trouble processing an order;

3. Contacting you if an event is postponed or cancelled;

4. Sending you confirmation of your booking.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter/monthly events email,  we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter/listings to you. You may opt out at any time emailing info@tickettina.co.uk and telling us to cancel

5. Credit/debit card processing for your order is handled for us by Paypal, a secure online payment gateway. Please check their website for their own privacy policy.

6. We do not provide this information to third parties.

Welcome to TicketTina.  The following are the Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) that govern the use of the TicketTina website.  By using or visiting the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  TicketTina reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website.  Please check this page periodically for any changes.TicketTina does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or un-interrupted.  Nor can we guarantee that any files downloaded from the site will be free of viruses or contamination.

By visiting, using or ordering from this website by email, social media or verbally, you expressly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions on behalf of your organisation, hosts and guests and to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing these methods.

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between TicketTina and the Client making the order (the Client) when the Client has confirmed requirements for the programme of activity (the Event) by sending confirmation communication in the form of an email and/or a signed Confirmation of Booking Form.

In most instances TicketTina will draw up the Confirmation of Booking Form and email this to the client at the time of receiving a verbal or written confirmation. This online document will require an electronic E–Signature from the client by return to confirm the booking , along with other information on the booking form and which then becomes legally binding under UK and European Union Laws as established by  The Electronic Communications Act 2000. This confirms the legal status of electronic signatures and grants them the same legality as pen and paper documents.

TicketTina will endeavour to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. However, we are not able to specify exact dates and delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event.

Tickets are usually sold in pairs and any odd amounts cannot be guaranteed to be together.

Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability and rows or sections cannot always be guaranteed.

Tickets purchased may be subject to taxes.  These will be quoted along with the ticket price.

If your first choice of tickets is not available, TicketTina reserves the right to upgrade or downgrade (with a partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund.

All prices are quoted in Sterling.

Deposits are non-refundable.

TicketTina will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen once delivered.

TicketTina cannot always guarantee the issue of duplicate tickets.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.

TicketTina will endeavour to ensure that all ticket prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If an error does occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming the tickets at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cannot be reached, you accept that the order may be treated as cancelled.

Please note that when buying multiple events with varying dates, TicketTina reserve the right to charge postage for each individual ticket dispatched.

In the event of a show being cancelled, tickets will be valid for the new rescheduled date.  It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.  If the event is not re-scheduled and cancelled completely, then a full refund will be provided as soon as the event venue has released the funds

Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event which may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event.  Such circumstances are beyond the control of TicketTina and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by TicketTina

TicketTina shall not be held responsible for any damages, delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of TicketTina

CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or cancellations of orders. Upon request, we will agree to place your order on a “Try to sell” basis.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Once tickets are purchased, I am unable to refund or transfer your tickets

When will I receive my tickets ?

Tickets  are printed and sent nearer the time of the event. So please expect your tickets approximately 1-2 weeks before the show. I shall keep you up dated all the way. Please feel free to contact us for an update.

When will you get back to me?

Once you submit your request for information, I will aim to get back to you with prices and availability within 24hrs. I approach a number of suppliers to get you the best price I can for you, that's why it takes this time.

Where are my seats situated ?

At The O2, London, the PREMIUM seats are situated on the  lower tiers - near the stage . I also provide seating on the front three blocks - A1, A2 & A3, when applicable.

At The Royal Albert Hall, the seats are situated in the Stalls or in specific Suites around the venue. I will let you know  location on the quote

At Wembley Arena, the seats are the best premium seats available.  Stage layouts vary from show to show. I will let you know the  location on the quote

Why are some tickets sold above face value?

Tickets purchased maybe sold ABOVE face value. This is because I use a reputable network of contacts at each venue to secure either sold-out tickets or premium located seats to each event
